Shipping Policy
1Order processing (handling time)
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order confirmation, quality inspection, careful packaging, preparation of shipping documents and transfer to the courier.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.
2Transit time
Estimated average delivery times:
- Europe — 7–10 business days
- United States & Canada — 7–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand — 8–14 business days
- Asia — 6–10 business days
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days due to customs inspections or local carrier delays. Transit time does not include processing time.
3Shipping costs
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $300. For orders under $300, shipping is calculated individually based on destination. The average international shipping cost is approximately $60, depending on destination country, package weight/dimensions and courier rates. The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.

4Customs & duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees according to the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
5Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
