2Product condition

We guarantee that all items:

• are unused and unworn
• are free from manufacturing defects at the time of shipment
• meet the stated quality and condition standards

3What is covered

Covered:

• manufacturing defects
• damage discovered immediately upon unpacking
• discrepancies between the received item and the product description

Not covered:

• normal wear and tear
• damage caused by improper use, washing or handling
• size or fit preferences (see Refund & Return Policy)

4Guarantee period

Our product guarantee is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. Any guarantee-related claims must be submitted within this period.

5How to submit a claim

Email us with:

• your order number
• clear photos or videos showing the issue
• a brief description of the problem

All claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

6Resolution

If a guarantee claim is approved, we offer one of:

• refund to the original payment method
